It has permanent marker writing on the exterior and minor scuffs scratches.

No further testing has been done. It powers on and seems to be in working condition. Please with any questions or concerns before buying.

Also, detachable pistol grip handle is broken off of the bottom and there is a small crack in the exterior casing. This dt 311 has some cosmetic wear but is in good shape. This is a used stroboscope. Offer wizard the complete offer management software solution.
